Returns

  • You can return the goods within 14 days from receiving the shipment.
  • Before sending the goods, please email us at info@crystalkam.sk and provide the order number and product code.
  • Carefully pack the goods and send them at your own expense to the address of our facility:
    CRYSTAL KAM s.r.o., Valaská Belá 85, 972 28, Slovak Republic
  • A condition of return is that the goods are in the original packaging, unused and undamaged.
  • After delivery and inspection of the goods, we will refund the money to the account you specify.

Complaint

  • We prepare and pack each order with maximum care, but damage may occur during transport that we cannot influence.
  • If you discover a defect or damage:
    1. Take a photo of the damaged goods.
    2. Send us the photos together with the order number, product code and number of claimed items to the email info@crystalkam.sk.
    3. Do so as soon as possible after delivery.
  • After receiving your complaint, we will contact you and agree on the next steps.
